Terms of Service

These terms apply to creators, and to their assistants, who use Republish, operated by Alpha Growth Partners Inc., located at 1 Alba Street, Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada, L8G 1N9. By connecting an account, signing in, or installing our Chrome extension, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
What the tool does
Republish is the tool we use to deliver our service to the creators we work with: it imports the short videos you post on TikTok and republishes them to the Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts you connect, with captions, a first comment and Amazon affiliate links; it answers Instagram comments and messages that ask for a link; it helps upload videos to your Amazon storefront; and, through the Chrome extension, it shows product data and Creator Connections campaigns. There is no fee for the tool itself. The commercial terms between you and us, including how commissions are shared, are in the separate agreement you sign with us, which prevails over these terms if they conflict.
Your authorization
By connecting an account you authorize us to publish videos, captions and comments to it, and to send the replies and messages defined in your automations, through the platform’s official API and within the permissions you grant on its login screen. We publish only content from your own TikTok profile or content you have given us, in the way agreed with you. You can withdraw this authorization at any time from your Facebook or Google account settings, or by telling us; from that moment we stop publishing to the affected accounts.
Logins and the extension key
If we give you or your assistant a login, keep it private and do not share it; each person gets their own. A login only sees the creator it was given. The Chrome extension works with a personal key that is tied to your account: do not pass it on. We can remove a login or disable a key at any time, for example if it is shared or misused, and you can ask us to do so.
Your content and your accounts
You keep ownership of your videos and of your accounts. You confirm that you own the rights to the content we republish, including any music or third-party material in it, and that your accounts follow the rules of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Amazon, including the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement. You must not ask us to publish unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
Disclosures and the compliance checks
You are responsible for the affiliate and advertising disclosures required where you and your audience are, for example by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and by Amazon. The tool prepares captions with the disclosure text agreed with you and shows checks before a post is queued. Those checks are an aid, not legal advice. If you or your assistant choose to queue a post while a required check is not met, you take responsibility for that post.
Amazon
The tool works with amazon.com (United States) and with your amazon.com affiliate tag. Links to other Amazon sites earn nothing with that tag and are not supported unless they carry that site’s own tag. Commission rates, Creator Connections campaigns and what counts as a qualifying purchase are decided by Amazon; the rates the tool shows are read from Amazon’s pages and may change or be wrong. Accepting a campaign, tagging a product and publishing on your storefront are always your own actions on Amazon.
Third-party platforms
The tool depends on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Amazon. We do not control them: their availability, limits and rules may change, and they may reject or remove a post, or act against an account, for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for such actions, including reduced reach, lost commissions or suspension. Use of YouTube through the tool is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Availability and warranty
We work to keep the tool reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail when a platform is unavailable or an account needs reconnecting; the tool shows these cases so they can be retried. We do not guarantee any particular result, reach, number of posts or level of commissions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Growth Partners Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or commissions, arising from the use of the tool or from actions taken by third-party platforms. Any other liability between us is governed by the agreement you sign with us.
Ending the relationship
You can withdraw your authorization at any time as described above and ask us to delete your data, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may stop publishing for you, remove logins or disable extension keys if these terms or the agreement between us are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms as the tool evolves. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page and tell the creators we work with about changes that affect them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.
